Availability And Lease terms:
One bedroom available in a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment starting from 18th of May on a month to month lease. There will be a application fee of $45 and a deposit of $1550. Monthly rent is $1550 and is due on the 1st of every month. Utilities comprises of PG&E and internet and would be split 50-50, usually between $50 to $60 a month per person.
The Apartment:
Located at the intersection of Franklin and Fell street, right across SF Jazz. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is 2 levels, with the kitchen and the living room in the first level while the bedrooms and the bathroom are above it. The living room is decent size with wooden floors. The kitchen has 4 gas burners, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Washers/Dryers in the building. Parking garage is in the ground floor and may have a spot available. Walk score of 99 with easy access to Muni, BART, 101 etc.
The Room:
The room is shaped as 2 diagonally merged squares. My current roommate has his queen size bed in one of the square area and his study desk and TV in the other square. The room has a large closet with sliding mirrors on the closet door. There are 2 windows in the bedroom. There is no door in the bedroom's entrance and my current roommate uses a curtain to cover the 5 feet entrance to the bedroom. You can put a screen door or a temporary door if you wish. Its very quiet and you will not hear any street noise.
Roommate:
You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am a 33 year old male. I am an engineer working in tech. I like running, biking, doing yoga and being outside. I am usually quiet and stay in my bedroom mostly so you will get a lot of private space. We will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom and I always try to keep it as clean as possible. I am Vegan and enjoy cooking occasionally.
