House is centrally located for easy walking anywhere in town. House is ground level walk in with no stairs to access laundry, kitchen or living room, with bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom includes a closet, and access to all common areas. One off street parking space is available for an additional $25 a month. Security Deposit is $300 +first and last month's rent due before move in with lease ending July 1st 2016.

The roommates:
Couple working/school fulltime completing physics degree at UWRF and pre-nursing at WITC. Fun, outdoorsy, relaxed people who stream plenty of TV, exercise regularly and own a large cuddly/friendly rescue dog. We love pets and are fairly laid back. We don't party, and have zero tolerance for drugs, we keep a tidy house and enjoy cooking, hiking, Netflix and playing with our dog in our spare time.
