I am a licensed Music Manager and former Booking Agent with office Space 1 block from 11th & Vine in Chinatown / Center City. I can waive any security deposit but I will need 2 months down and you will have 24 hr access. There is extra space for shooting video and taking photos if you desire. This is a shared office space but you will have access to all other areas including powder room with shower,sink, and mirror, Pot Sink, and Full bathroom. Please, do not waiste my time if you are not serious. You will get a key and a receipt upon deposit of $700 - $800 being put down.
