To start I am not renting this home. I am selling on payments. I will carry entire loan. Home sits in a small town 45 minutes south of Hastings. Home is a two story 3 bedroom with single bathroom. Home needs a little work but other then some clean up is ready to move in. I would like $1000 down and payments of $425 per month. $42,500.00 total for home.
