Full house privileges that include kitchen, living room, bathroom etc. Good, safe neighborhood, near bus lines, excellent yard/patio, WiFi, cable TV, off-street parking, cat, stereo, laundry etc. 450$ month (month to month lease) and 1/3 bills, which average over the year, probably 100$ or less. Deposit required. Student, white collar/blue collar, retired, gay/straight are all OK. Room is available May 1.
What is important is you pay your bills and act reasonably. No heavy drinking/heavy drugs (4/20 OK), felons, dogs, loud aggressive behavior/drama/general stupidity. An occasional overnight guest is OK, but your boy/girl friend won't live here. I don't want many strangers over here. This is a very relaxed, comfortable home and I am a mellow fellow, but I won't tolerate trouble, verbal/physical aggression or you'll exit the door quickly I assure you. Have respect for yourself and this home and act responsibly.
