The bathroom would be shared between me and kids when they are present.

The rent on the room would be $475/month I will also need a $200.00 refundable deposit.
No pets. Utilities and wireless Verizon Foist included.
I am a 31 year old white male. I have 2 children ages 9 & 11 that are with me about half of the time. They are excellent kids and very respectful.
I'm pretty laid back and I like for common areas to stay reasonably clean.
