Watch anything you want whenever you want 24/7. Access to Interstate 94/35e is 3 blocks away. A station for the new Green Line Light Rail is 2 blocks away. Nearby shopping includes Wal-Mart, Super Target, Sears, Walgreens, CVS, Cub, Rainbow, and Aldi. The room has a large closet plus overhead cabinets and shelving providing a lot of extra storage space. Kitchen includes a side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a easy clean glass top range, Over the range microwave, a dishwasher, a large sunny bay window and a built in laundry room. There is a large fenced yard and the neighbors are quiet. Rent could be reduced for a handy person willing to assist landlord with repairs and maintenance but this is not a requirement to rent this unit. Single occupancy only. Couples will not be accepted. This property is free of illegal drugs, excessive noise and criminal activity. Cats are allowed in this unit. If you are allergic to or dislike cats you probably will not be happy here.
