Room up for rent in a 3br house with just 2 people living there. nice house plenty of room.. washer dryer on 1st floor as well a 3/4 bath. Big living room with nice 48" tv. Also a nice modern kitchen with dish washer( I am a chef so lots of pots pans and all the gadgets) open Den area (second living-room) with gas FP. Master pvt bath has a jet tub...(can be used from time to time) This is a really good deal... Rent includes water/sewer, Electric, wifi, wii, net flix. Heat along with lawn and snow removal split 3way (so it is cheap) Hot water is on demand from the propane. never run out and very efficient.
