Hello Ladies,
We are two Latina women both in our early 20's. We are looking for a third roommate to share our two-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Mar Vista. Located near Santa Monica College Bundy Campus. We are perfectly located only 4 miles away from the beach, 2.5 miles from SMC main campus, near UCLA and Loyola Marymount Campus (great for a student). Great place, safe location and you will have a covered parking spot!
We are specifically looking for a female roommate (sorry guys) who is a full time employee and/or a student. You will share a room with another women so you must have very little furniture and personal belongings (twin bed, dresser etc.) No pets, sorry. Price is $475 a month plus utilities (internet, gas, power) plus a $475 security deposit.

Family oriented (family visits from out of town once in a while)
Loves cooking, Gym, running, outdoors, singing

What we look for in a roommate:
Someone who is respectful and considerate
Someone who is clean and respects our cleaning schedule
Someone who is smart, friendly and open minded
Someone who does not do drugs, smokes or parties too much
You have to accommodate to K's sleeping schedule as she will to yours (communication is very important)
We simply want someone with common sense, who will pay rent and bills on time and we can call a friend.
