My name is Taylor. I'm moving back home for the summer and need a (1) sub leasee to move in from early may to the end of July (and possibly take over the lease for the 2015-2016 year). It's a 3bedrom/3bath house five minutes from Temple University Main Campus and an eight minute subway ride from Center City. (2 female roommates included- would prefer a female but I don't really care)

Everyone in the house is really laid back, comes with 2 college students (advertising and neuroscience majors) that will have full time jobs in the summer. Everyone really keeps to themselves. You'd pretty much be living alone.

The house has 2 bedrooms on the second floor that have their own private bathrooms and one bedroom on the first floor that also has it's own bathroom. You really have your own space at all points.

The bedroom you will be living in is extremely spacious, the nicest one in the house and rent is 500. Can comes furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, mirror and desk, and closet.

-One of those short row homes
-two story
-3 bedrooms, 3 bath (you have your own bed and bath)
-enclosed backyard (perfect for bbq/small gatherings)
-open concept, furnished living and dining area (with Netflix and hulu)
-Kitchen with stove, fridge, oven
-Washer/Dryer in Unit
-storage space in the basement (it's a short basement)
-ample street parking (as well as the empty lot next to us that people park in)
-roommates wouldn't mind a cat but you have to keep it clean
-420 friendly

The Utilities aren't included in the rent. PECO(3ways) and Internet(2ways) are split between the roommates. Available to move in Early May. You would pay for the months you live here so we could split May Rent.
