This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. I'm looking for a cool, sociable, outgoing female roommate (preferred but not written in stone) to fill a room in a very nice looking and spacious place. I haven't moved in yet but I've signed the lease and have the keys so it's open for showing. I'm 32 and a loose, friendly, cool brotha. I do share "common area" stuff so it helps if YOU DO TOO. At times we can drink and party together if you want, and I'm a gamer so if you're down, I got sticks. I've lived around that neighborhood for about 8 years and the neighbors are mostly working adults and families, so its not uncommon for people to say "hi" when they're out jogging or walking their dogs. MUST be clean (i.e. no hoarding dishes and old food in your room, clean up after yourself, lets try to keep 'stink' out, keep everything at very least the same condition you found it, etc...)
