The electric bill never exceeded $81 all last year. So I estimate if things are used similarly that you will pay about $25 a month (or less) depending on the season!

Also I ask that they not smoke and not drink in the apartment.
Room available is the only room on the first floor.
It has two walk in closets on either side of the room. It easily fit my queen size bed, dresser, ballet barre, side table, desk chair, and all of my belongs and I still had floor space. However, the room will come unfurnished.
*I will post the dimensions of the room when I go there soon and measure it. And I will add the square footage of the apartment when I get the floor plan!
You would pretty much have your own full bathroom. You would use the bathroom that is downstairs.
Apartment is otherwise pretty much furnished. It has a washer and dryer, microwave, oven, full size fridge, and dishwasher.
There is 24/7 maintenance people and can be called to fix a multitude of things! All you have to do is call the leasing office and someone will come to the apartment the next day or so depending on its urgency. The apartment is also sprayed periodically for bugs. I never really saw any bugs or spider while living there all last year.
There is security to get into the building and a parking lot ($50 monthly) or a garage (a little more than $50 I don't remember) there if you have a car. There is also a bike rack located inside the building on the first floor.
May also ask for a security deposit (price varying depending on how long you plan to sublease it from me for). You would get the money back as soon as you moved out as long as everything is in the same condition it was in before.
Leasing can start immediately and run up to two years ending in July of 2017. You would not be required to stay the whole time if you are just looking for a place this upcoming school year, etc. but that is open to discussion!
I will post pictures of the room, downstairs bathroom, and common areas ASAP. (Planning a trip back to Richmond to do so.)
Also if I can photocopy a floor plan of the entire place I will send that to those that are interested.
