Looking for one OR two people to sublet my apartment for this summer! It's in a beautiful location, across the street from the University of St. Thomas, 3 blocks from the river, and in a very safe area of St. Paul.

There are two rooms and one bathroom, the bathroom was recently redone and is in amazing condition. There is access to a backyard which has a few grills, free to use. I am currently out of the country until the end of May. If you would like to see the apartment please email me and I will put you in contact with my roommate who is currently living there. My roommate will NOT be living there over the summer.

The dates open for rent are June 1st until August 31st. The rent is posted at 585 dollars per month per room, not including utilities and internet, but I would be willing to negotiate a lower price if this is out of your price range.
