The House & Room:
Hi, I am renting a very large, nice hard wood floor bedroom in a beautifully remodeled 3 bed house. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood and is very conveniently located. It is close to everything! 3 block walk to new light rail and buses, minutes from major highways (Hwy 94), retail stores (Super Target, Wal-Mart, Cub Foods, LA Fitness), and numerous restaurants.
About myself &Who I am looking for:
I am quite, clean, friendly, and very respectful of others' living space and would like to find someone similar. I am mostly away from home for travels, so that is a plus to a roommate. : ) Ideally, I would like to share the house with a busy professional (20 -- 30s) or a hard working student who enjoys quiet, pleasant living at home.
Pets are not allowed (sorry...) Only one person per room.
