I am looking for a laid back, positive, fun NON-SMOKER(420 ok) to sub-let my bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartment located about a 5 minute bike ride from Cherry Creek Mall and 2 mins from Cherry Creek Trail.

You'll be sharing the place with a nice stony 420 couple and their 2 cats. I am helping open up a new business and have to live off site for a couple months at least so hence looking for someone to take my room for a couple months or so.

Apartment is nothing fancy, older, slightly beat up carpet(good for the cats to do sprint laps and stuff :) but it has a dishwasher, garbage disposal & laundry in building.

Real nice area of town to live - close to everything including biking/walking/running on the awesome Cherry Creek Trail.

Rent: $649/month including utilities - this includes water/hot water, heat, AC, electric(doesn't include wifi or cable).

Move in will require first month's rent/utilities and a security/damage deposit of same amount, which you will get back when you move out presuming all's well.

Lease length : 2-3 months usually works well to start just to make sure it's a good match & then we can extend from there if it's going well.

Pets would require extra $25 per month per pet and an additional $75 nonrefundable pet fee.

You will be subletting from me and for lease we'll just print out the ad and both sign copies of it so we're on same page.
