I am the owner of a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the Fishtown area which I currently reside in. I am looking for a roommate to live in my second bedroom. My house is FULLY FURNISHED and you would only need to bring furniture for your bedroom (and maybe a nice TV for our living room!). There is street parking (no permit needed), easy access to the subway (5 block walk, Girard stop on the Market line), and easy access to I-95 (2 blocks away).
Nearby: gas station, Johnny Brenda's, Frankford Hall, The Piazza, SugarHouse Casino, Festival Pier, many other bars/restaurants etc.
A little bit about me: I am a young professional male who works M-F 9-5. I am easy-going and very neat/clean. I like to be social and go out, but I don't have crazy parties at the house (having friends over is no issue).
What I am looking for: a young professional who can be respectful of my house and the things in it, who is financially responsible, someone who is on the neater side (don't care about your room, just want the shared spaces to stay clean), and has a similar schedule (not having people over at all hours of the night during the week).
