Beautiful 2000 sq foot town house to rent in RIVERCHASE ( Behind UMBC). I am renting the home and am looking for someone responsible and with a clean record to rent the basement. I am a teacher in Howard County and am 34 years old.
The top floor is mine, bottom will be the renters and the middle floor will be shared. I have already painted and furnished the kitchen and the living room. The only work that needs to be done is the painting. ( no recent pics but I can take some and send to you if you are interested)
I am asking for $800 per month water-trash and recycle included
I am also waiving the security deposit but the tenant will need to sign at least a 6 month lease- up to 2 years available- If tenant wants to move out they must give 60 days notice.
Tenant will also be responsible for paying the BGE OR COMCAST bill (your pick)
