Yours is a large bedroom in a newly refinished apartment in the upper portion of a 100+ year old two family home located in the safest area in the city. Across the street from Newman High School, a constant private patrol along with extremely good lighting provides a degree of safety that just doesn't exist anywhere else in the city. Newly finished hardwood floors and along with high ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, an amazing balcony, and wonderful natural lighting add a calming sense of luxury to this second story apartment.
