As you can see from the pictures, this is a beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated spacious 4-bedroom home, featuring lots of "extras" (2.25 city lots -- on the corner / large family room (includes 60" LED Smart TV) with attached 3-season porch, fully-amenitied kitchen with generous, comfortable breakfast nook and fenced side yard, which is a full lot in itself). Other extras include a Pro-8 pool table in mint condition in "man-cave" style basement with large TV and full stereo. Tucked in the corner of the Cleveland Neighborhood, we're just one block off Victory Memorial Parkway - picture of parkway is one-half block out the back door... (part of the Grand Rounds Trail System) and south and west-bound streets are non-through streets, so we have minimal traffic and parking is always available in front of the house. I do all the general house cleaning, and while it is expected that anyone living here clean up after themselves, I do the deep-cleaning and general maintenance of the inside and outside of the property. Additionally, I supply many commonly-used household products (paper towels, facial tissue, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, bleach, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, garbage liners, salt, pepper, ketchup - all cleaning supplies, etc. - about 40 products in all). Each of the bedrooms is also furnished with bed, bedding, dresser, nightstand, desk, color TV (hooked up to Cable with DVD). I pay ALL UTILITIES (gas, electric, water, cable, internet). There are 2 full bathrooms. Renters typically bring their laptops, clothes and toiletries and need nothing else, except for food, as everything is supplied (washer/dryer / iron and ironing board, fully-loaded kitchen, in terms of cooking and baking needs).
