Hello everyone! My roommate is moving out and getting a place with his girlfriend, so I have an opening in this excellent house in a great neighborhood. 2 bedrooms upstairs, good sized living room and dining room upstairs, open kitchen, one bathroom upstiars, half finished basement with an office and another living room downstairs, another full bathroom downstairs, tons of storage space downstairs, washer dryer in basement, nice front yard with a covered patio, and a nice backyard with flowers galore (unfortunately no garden as the trees cover up the backyard and there's not quite enough sun back there, but it makes it perfect for hanging out back there when it's really hot!) There is wood trim all over the house, and it is really a nice house. It is old, built in the 20's or 30's, but still in good shape and a landlord that takes care of everything right away.
