Our prices start at $790/month for a one bedroom, $950/month for a two bedroom, and $1090/month for a three bedroom. Our Paid Wait List makes it easy! Are you looking for an apartment home for the future or flexible with your move in date? We offer a Paid Wait List if you have a need for a particular floor plan in the future. With a $100 deposit and application, you will be notified when the floor plan you choose is available in your time frame. You will have first right of refusal before we offer the apartment home to anyone else. If you lease with us, we will place the $100 toward your security deposit. If not, you may stay on the list for another apartment. If you change your mind, we will refund your waitlist deposit, provided we have not taken an apartment off the market for you. Best of all, you may choose two sister Greystone properties as additional choices. It's that easy!
