I am currently seeking a roommate (or a couple) to share a 2 bedroom upper-level duplex apartment. I am a quiet, responsible and respectful 50-year old male. Any potential roommate MUST be responsible, respectful, and able to pay rent on time. I am not looking for someone who is a loud partier. You must also be reasonably clean and willing to pick up after yourself and help maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.
