About the Roommate Scenario:

About the House:
I currently have 2 rooms for rent in a spacious 2-Level duplex unit. The home features 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and one bathroom. This is over 1,200 square feet of living space! Other amenities include on-site laundry; a large private basement with laundry and storage space; outdoor fenced yard; and one garage space that can be rented. The house is located in a high-demand West 7th neighborhood near the intersection of Randolph and Victoria. Minutes to highway 35E, Highland Park, Downtown St. Paul, St. Kate's University, and Trader Joes!
Current Roommates:
The current roommates are 2 females between the ages of 25 and 40. One works nights and is gone in the evenings, and one works days and is gone until late in the evening. They are both very easy going and respectful of others.
Rent/Lease Details:
Available: September 1, 2015
Rent: $425 + 1/4 of all utilities
Deposit: $425
Application Fee: $15/per person signing the lease
Lease Terms: 1 year
