I have been a NACHI certified home inspector for years and before that I had worked all the construction trades there are. All total I now have over 26 years of experience and have conducted over 2200 inspections.

I literally inspect & test the condition of every major component from the roof to the basement and everything in-between. I inspect & test all the major systems, every: door, window, electrical devises, and all plumbing through the home.
I walk the roof to inspect them -- rather than only looking at it from the ground or roofs edge.
I go into the attic to see there is no pest, mold, water damage/leaks and the insulation is ok, and there are no fire hazards and more.
Same day appointments are possible. Standard report delivery is by email and they always include full color photos of any deficiencies found. Reports delivered the same day as the inspection.
