My roommate is moving out and I need a new roomie to move in starting June.
Property consists of five identical buildings all connected by a back parking lot that is gated and enclosed. Parking space is $45 a month added to your rent.(optional) otherwise street parking is consistently available.
Double door building with keycard access required. Apartment is on the first floor and is very spacious for a one bedroom as well as very nice inside.
The apartment is a one bedroom with a den that doubles as a second bedroom.
Yours would be the second bedroom which has a nice closet, a twin bed if you need it, there are no windows but air flows well into the room and it has a light.
Your half of Rent is $392.50 plus at most $50 in utilities. Additional starting payments include security deposit which is at most $180
And $10 key fee.
Laundry is $1.25 per load and is located in the buildings.
I have no pets nor do I smoke, but am not opposed to either.
Full access gym membership offered to new roommate for only $4 a month to the YWCA as it is a perk of my job.
Great location around library, markets/stores(cub, Aldi, cvs, family dollar, target) easy access to major bus lines as well as the lightrail (1mile), walking distance of downtown.
