Unique opportunity to live rent free in exchange for property management at a 3-bdrm custom home in Poipu. You will live in a furnished private room with ensuite 5-peice bath that is completely isolated from the rest of the house. You also have access to the main living area, tv and entertainment and professional chef's kitchen. The other two bedrooms are vacation rented to couples or individuals only. In exchange for rent you will perform the following duties:

- Room outcleaning and preparation for incoming guests - typical stays are 3 to 7 nights and guests do not have access to the kitchen or main living area.

- Laundry to include bedding and towels - you have access to W/D for personal use.

- Greeting guests and explaining house rules and use.

- Plant watering and light yard maintenance - we do have a landscape service but the yard requires some additional care.

- Light housekeeping to include upkeep of main living area - this area is not used by guests.

We pay all utilities including electric, gas, water, cable TV and internet. In addition, we will provide a fee for each outcleaning. This opportunity will afford lots of free time since room stays average 3 to 7 nights. We are looking for someone who is energetic with good organization skills and a strong work ethic.
